Schools (and potentially other programming) listed here are for people with significant learning disabilities that have not had a profound behavioral or emotional difficulties. We know that some such schools and programs do stretch a bit farther in supporting students with behavioral or emotional issues, especially those commonly associated with learning disabilities. If such schools and programs request inclusion in our search and rating system, we will respond affirmatively.
